徐祥教授为重庆英才创新领军人才,重庆市中青年干细胞与再生医学卓越团队带头人。创伤烧伤与复合伤国家重点实验室中心实验室主任,陆军军医大学陆军特色医学中心(大坪医院)干细胞与再生医学科主任,中国医药质量管理协会细胞质量控制与研究专业委员会副主任委员、中国医药质量管理协会细胞和基因治疗药物质量研究专业委员会副主任委员、中国中西医结合学会第一界干细胞与再生医学专业委员会常委和重庆市干细胞临床研究专家委员会委员。长期从事干细胞与再生医学基础与临床转化应用研究,专注间充质干细胞(MSCs)炎症/免疫调节机制及临床转化应用治疗炎性/免疫相关性疾病研究。主持了包括国家重点研发计划分课题、国家“973”项目分课题、国家自然科学基金(6项)和省部级重大研究项目30余项,发表SCI论文70篇,单篇最高影响因子37.3分,累计影响因子286分,第一发明人获授权发明专利6项,CIK培养基、NK培养基和脐带间充质干细胞培养基完成3款I类医疗器械备案注册,以主要完成人获国家科技进步二等奖和中华医学科技一等奖各1项。
