研究方向
近年来借助生物信息学与分子生物学的研究方法,深入研究了与人类复杂疾病相关的biomarker识别、cfDNA液体活检的临床应用、及基因多组学的分子机制。成功识别了肿瘤病人与健康个体之间的生物标志物差异,以及不同肿瘤组织来源的差异性。通过机器学习技术,构建了识别肿瘤病人及区分肿瘤来源的模型,进而实现了泛癌的无创早筛,为广大肿瘤患者带来福音。还为临床监控癌症复发、评估药物耐受性提供了新思路。如此,液体活检得以快速、方便地在临床实践中应用,为个体化精准医疗系统的研发提供了坚实的理论、算法及实验基础。
